Shipping PolicyOrder Processing: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Domestic Shipping (India): Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days, depending on location. Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout. Bulk or large orders may incur additional costs, which will be communicated before dispatch.
International Shipping: We currently ship to selected countries through reliable international courier partners. Delivery timelines vary from 7–45 business days. International shipping charges and import duties/taxes are calculated at checkout, and customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees.
Order Tracking: Once dispatched, tracking details are shared via email or WhatsApp. Shipments can be tracked directly with the courier partner.
Delays & Exceptions: While we aim to deliver on time, delays due to courier issues, customs clearance, weather, or unforeseen events may occur. We will inform you in case of any significant delay.

1. General Policy
No Returns or Refunds: Once delivered, orders are final and non-refundable.
Replacements Only: Offered only if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
Cancellations: Accepted only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
2. Replacement Policy
Replacements apply only if:
The product was damaged during transit.
The product is defective or non-functional on arrival.
The product differs from what was ordered.
Request Process:
Raise a replacement request within 7 days of delivery by emailing ecommerce@metrolineassociates.com with:

Product details
Photos/videos of the issue
Our team will review and confirm eligibility. If approved, a replacement will be arranged.
Note: Some cases may require the product to be returned for inspection before a replacement is issued.
3. Replacement Conditions
Product must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and invoice.
No signs of misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.
Damage after delivery is not covered.
For items under manufacturer warranty, customers must contact the authorized service center directly.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. After shipping, cancellation is not possible. For urgent requests, contact ecommerce@metrolineassociates.com with your order details.
5. Additional Notes
Customized or special-order items are not eligible for replacement.
Non-replaceable items are mentioned on the product page.
